Customer Service Executive (CSE2-19)

Key tasks and duties:-

  • Customer focused, building strong credible relationships with customers, providing comprehensive customer support;
  • Working closely with planning and logistics team as well as factories to ensure all customer orders are planned and shipped to customers satisfaction;
  • Working closely the Sales Directors and sales teams to ensure company budgets are achieved;
  • Ensuring all customer stock is shipped against required by dates and old stock within a specified period.

The successful candidate must:-

  • be fluent in both verbal / written English and or
  • be fluent in both verbal / written & French or German or Spanish – another language would be advantageous
  • have excellent administrative and numeracy skills possibly with experience of a busy office environment
  • be educated to degree standard (or A2 level or equivalent with relevant business experience)
  • be IT literate and have experience of a Windows based package including MS Word & Excel;
  • must hold an EU/EEA passport or UK work permit.

Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with people at all levels and demonstrate outstanding attention to detail.
