A spectacular Globe of light suspended between the trees in Hoxton Park, London launched the UK's first Restaurant & Bar Design Awards dedicated exclusively to design. This suspended illuminated sign was made entirely out of 5mm Foamalux 'Bright White' panels fixed to a central light core. Various sizes of Foamalux panels, some with routered cut outs, were used to create the exploded visual effect. Foamalux, Foam PVC was chosen purely because of its smooth, hard, bright white surface and capability to deflect light.
