Giving Irish Market Single Source of Drainage Supply

United Hardware Show, Plumbing & Drainage Systems

Brett Martin Plumbing & Drainage has shown its full range of products at the United Hardware Heavy Hardware Trade Show in Co. Meath. Members of the United Hardware group were able to experience Brett Martin’s roofing, rainwater, soil & waste and underground drainage products - and gain a valuable technical insight from the local team.

Manufactured in Co. Antrim and available throughout Ireland, Brett Martin’s plumbing, drainage and roofing products can be ordered and delivered within a three day window on standard orders. Round the clock manufacturing and stock holding at the main facility in Co. Antrim ensures Brett Martin can also facilitate a faster turnaround on priority orders, and with a dedicated delivery fleet working throughout the Island of Ireland, Brett Martin can work closely with its merchant base to supply the products they require, when their customers need them.

Brett Martin holds a true advantage in being able to offer soil & waste, underground drainage, rainwater and roofing products all from one supplier. Brett Martin provides both solvent weld and push-fit solutions for Soil & Waste systems, offering fast installation and maximum durability.  Its comprehensive Underground Drainage range incorporates pipes and fittings in six diameters from 110mm to 400mm, extending up to 600mm diameter for the Twinwall surface water system, providing a drainage solution for any application.

Brett Martin’s range of pvc Rainwater systems comprises 5 gutter profiles and a variety of colours to cater for any size, shape, age and design of roof.  The rainwater range has also been developed to include the unique Cascade cast iron style rainwater and soil system, which exactly replicates traditionally designed pipe systems in plastic. This premium priced product range commands higher prices and better margins while also enabling builders providers nationwide to differentiate their offering with a system unlike any other in the marketplace and to grab their share of the plastic rainwater market.

Brett Martin’s portfolio also encompasses a variety of Roofing materials, including GRP sheet, PVC sheet, corrugated bitumen, flat glazing options in clear acrylic and polystyrene, dome rooflights, fascia and soffit. Popular within the range is Marvec corrugated PVC sheet, a versatile and economic transparent sheet complete with a 10 year warranty, combining excellent optical clarity with product durability making it ideal for roofing and cladding applications such as covered walkways, porches and car ports.

Brett Martin’s manufacturing and stockholding facility in County Antrim, coupled with a continued commitment to product development, provides builders suppliers with an extensive product range that not only adds value and promotes greater profit margins but also allows stockists to differentiate their offering to the market.

“We see trade shows such as this as extremely important in these very challenging times,” says Joe Doyle, Director of Brett Martin Plumbing & Drainage, “The United Hardware show has provided us with an opportunity to showcase our extensive portfolio, meet distributors face to face and engage in open dialogue as to how we can help them increase sales and maintain margins.”
