Care of Material
 |
|
|
Storage
Store Martherm under cool, dry, well ventilated conditions preferably
indoors on flat surfaces. Protect from sunlight and water ingress
by covering with an opaque waterproof cover draped over timbers placed
on top of the sheet. Martherm must not be stacked in direct sunlight
at any time.

Cleaning
The smooth gloss surface of Martherm retains little dirt. When cleaning
is necessary use a solution of lukewarm soapy water and apply with
a soft cloth or sponge. Rinse with clean water. Do not use solvents
or alkaline cleaners.

|
Safety
Do not walk on a Martherm sheet roof. If traversing a roof is absolutely
necessary use crawling boards placed across at least three purlins
or rafters.

Protection
Martherm leaves the factory with a protective polythene film on both
surfaces for protection during transport, storage and installation.
The sheet ends are closed with temporary sealing tapes to prevent
the ingress of moisture and dust: do not remove these tapes until
ready to fit end closures at Installation. Peel back only enough film
to allow fitting of the sheet into the glazing system until the job
is complete: removing the film completely is the final installation
procedure. |
