Position: Mechanical Maintenance Technician (2 positions) 

As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for executing planned maintenance, breakdown repairs, refurbishments, installations, improvements, and modifications to plant and services. Your role will play a crucial part in minimising downtime and ensuring equipment is maintained in optimal condition.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have successfully completed a recognised apprenticeship as an electrical or mechatronic technician, ideally reaching HNC or equivalent level.
  • Possess a minimum of 3 years' post-apprenticeship experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Demonstrate expertise in fault finding and continuous improvement, with a focus on critical plant and addressing root causes of failures.
  • Ideally, have experience in managing mechanical repairs and breakdowns, minimising downtime and ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Ideally, have carried out planned and preventative maintenance on plant and machinery.
  • Ideally, have experience in equipment installation.
