Senior Marketing Executive - (SMEX2-19)

This is an excellent opportunity to join the marketing team in one of Northern Ireland’s leading companies, supporting its activities throughout the world across a broad range of markets. It is an ideal po sition for a talented marketing professional. The successful candidate will report to the Group Marketing Manager and will be pivotal in the provision of continuous marketing support for a specific business division.

A marketing graduate or a graduate with a post-graduate marketing qualification with at least three years post-qualification experience in a marketing role or a non-graduate with 5 years recent continuous experience in a marketing role which will include experience in the following areas:

  • Development of campaign plans and budgets
  • Planning, development and delivery of fully integrated results driven marketing campaigns which include the following areas:
  • Literature Production – agreeing brief, overseeing design, production and distribution, organising photography, copywriting
  • Advertising Campaigns – agreeing message, organising and approving design, agreeing placement
  • Direct Mail – database management, production of mailing materials, organising fulfilment
  • Public Relations – agreeing campaigns, organising copy, liaising with PR consultant
  • Managing Events and Exhibitions – organising exhibition attendance and displays
  • Video Production – agreeing brief, development storyboard and script, overseeing production and editing
  • Experience in the planning, development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns:
  • Implementation of Google Adword, GDN, remarketing and custom targeting campaign
  • Use of email marketing to engage with target audiences
  • Use of social media platforms and content plans
  • Experience in the following would be advantageous:
  • Experience of using a content management solution to update website content
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (or similar database solution)

Applicants must be able to demonstrate good organisational skills including project and time management. Outstanding attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative is essential. Applicants will also be used to dealing with outside agencies. As travel forms part of this role, the ability to visit other sites and travel on a regular basis and at short notice

A full driving licence is required. A digital marketing qualification would be advantageous.
