This playground canopy won 2^nd prize in the Fabrication category of Brett Martin’s iAwards, November 2020.

The weather in Northern Ireland is changeable with rain being more of an issue than sunshine. Toddle Inn Playgroup have invested in a canopy in their playground to provide an outdoor playing space for their children regardless of the weather.

The 6 x 3.5m canopy was constructed using 16mm Marlon ST Multiwall with blue powder coated glazing bars.

Marlon ST was chosen by the contractor Multicover as it is lightweight and has excellent weathering properties.

Benefits:

• Toddle Inn’s playground is now able to be used all year round, regardless of the weather, due to the protection afforded from both sun and rain by the Marlon ST canopy.
