A new in(hen)tion for Foamalux

For artist Celesta Braithwaite the Doodlehouse, chicken coup concept came about by accident.  Having been given a couple of hens by her mother, she bought an imported coop online but it fell apart in a few months.  Faced with the prospect of a couple of homeless chickens and unable to find a sturdy replacement, she decided to build her own using initially timber but this was replaced by 13mm white Foamalux PVC.  She has now set up her own business making coups only from Foamalux PVC in addition to homes for other pets, birds, rabbits and ducks.  The range has proved to be extremely popular due to their durability and ease of cleaning, the unique slot together construction means it is easy to take it apart and it can be cleaned in a matter of minutes.  The coups are all printed using vegetable based oils and are available in a range of designs.
