Macduff Manor House

115mm Deepstyle, Cast Iron Style Rainwater System

This property is one of the oldest buildings in the small fishing village of Macduff. The property had been empty for a few years and was in a bad state of repair. The house originally had actual cast iron guttering but in a short period of time, due to the sea air, the cast iron guttering had corroded and badly stained the front of the house. The owner opted for Cascade Cast Iron Style gutter as it combined the looks of traditional cast iron with the installation and maintenance benefits of plastic rainwater systems. The project uses 115mm Deepstyle gutter and 68mm round downpipes.
