Concealed Actuators

Concealed actuators housed within the kerb on powered opening rooflights maintain a clean internal appearance while maximising usable daylight — ideal for both residential and commercial spaces.

Thermal Performance

Full‑width separation of the inner and outer skins avoids the ring of condensation that can form around the perimeter of other products, enhancing moisture related protection.

Integrated Membrane Clamp

Integrated clamp secures the roofing membrane against the PVC kerb, preventing peel-back from wind uplift, weathering or thermal movement and delivering reliable, long-term protection.

Choice for Speed or Flexibility

Undrilled top-only units, such as Reflex, offer maximum flexibility for fitting to existing or non-standard upstands. Predrilled top-only units, such as Trade, are available for faster installation and a straightforward fit.

Direct Fix Kerb Design

Allows opening units to be installed directly onto a builder’s upstand, with no additional waterproofing required. This offers significant benefits in terms of installation speed and simpler sequencing of site works.

Certified Quality and Security

BBA accreditation is available for specific configurations of Mardome Trade providing assurance of quality, reliability and sustainability. Unique Secured by Design options provide enhanced security, giving peace of mind.

Thermal Compliance

Rooflight U-values declared as a single developed-area value for the complete assembly, including kerb. Fully compliant U-values provided in line with Rooflight Association guidance NTD02.1. and approved document L (ADL)
