Traditional New Build gets Cast Iron Style Detailing
In keeping with its rural surroundings, this traditional 6-bedroom, new build home in Stratford-upon-Avon was built with all the charm and aesthetics of a traditional farm-house and included the installation of the Cascade cast iron style rainwater system.
Set in 1.44 acres of land, Underhill House benefits from its unique design and architectural character with the careful selection of materials ensuring intrinsic qualities such as traditional aesthetic and performance were adhered to. The Cascade rainwater system were chosen for its authentic cast iron style detailing and for cost savings achieved when compared to traditional cast iron gutter systems, in terms of reduced material costs and labour costs for installation.
Due to the size of the property the 115mm Deepstyle gutter system, designed for larger roofs or those with a steep pitch, was selected to ensure rainwater is efficiently carried away from the roofline.
