Marlon Clickfix delivers a Smart, Seamless facade solution for STC Square
Marlon Clickfix was selected for a landmark building within the new-build Aqalat STC Smart Square development in Riyadh's Al-Mursalat district.
Aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, STC Square is a flagship mixed-use smart city development and was recognised with the 2023 Cityscape Award for 'Best Masterplan' for its cutting edge, sustainable infrastructure and people focused design.
Clickfix was specified for a prominent 8,400m² commercial and entertainment building, which includes a cinema and sits alongside one of the development's most striking features: a 2,600m² digital media screen, the largest of its kind in a commercial space in Saudi Arabia.
Over 75% of the facade is semi-transparent and clad with more than 1,750m² of multiwall Clickfix polycarbonate panels. Extruded in multiple colours of blue, violet and pink, the façade creates a vibrant graduated colour effect across the elevation while delivering a sleek, contemporary aesthetic.
