4mm Marlon FS polycarbonate was chosen by the Special Effects department from Pinewood Studios to create transporter tubes for the set of a French spoof spy film.
Requirements:
- Lightweight
- Easy to thermoform
- Fire rating
Marlon FS was used to create 18m high x 2m diameter tubes, it was chosen as it is curved easily, would not crack when being fixed and complied with Health & Safety regulations on the film set.
