Sales and Customer Service Administrator

Responsible for all aspects of order processing & customer services. Dealing with customers and answering telephone call. 

The role:

We are looking for people who possess the following skills:

  • Experience working within a busy office environment in a customer service role is not essential but an advantage.
  • A good communicator with the ability to effectively deal with people at all levels, both internally and externally in verbal and written formats.
  • Be able to provide a high level of customer service to our customers.
  • Be able to prioritise own workload within a busy and often demanding environment.
  • To deal accurately and efficiently with all types of customer enquiries, keeping all key stakeholders informed throughout the process. Fully investigating any issues and reporting any instances of non-conformance.
  • Ability to make sound commercial decisions where needed.
  • IT literate - Knowledge or experience of Microsoft D365 is an advantage but not essential as training will be given.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to the role and have the ability to assist the wider team where necessary.

To be a good communicator, both verbally and electronically and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team to set deadlines is essential. High standard of literacy, numeracy and IT skills are vital.

Full training will be provided. Sales and Customer Service Agents will report directly to the Team Leader/Sales Manager on shift.
