One simple solution to breathe life into an older building and improve its sustainability, is to replace the existing roof lights with state of the art insulated GRP roof lights. Brett Martin Daylight Systems can provide both site-assembled and factory-assembled systems which when installed will bring free daylight into the building reducing the need for artificial lighting and at the same time improving the working environment for the employees. A well-lit building is a more attractive prospect for sale or lease.
Our in plane GRP are covered by BBA approvals and in addition by Environmental Product Declarations from the BRE. Although these detail the embodied carbon of each systems assessed we are able to calculate the embodied carbon of any of our in plane GRP configurations.
